What is life span?

 Life span, it means the time period between birth and natural death of an organism.

Every organism on these earth have a different life span. There minimum  time is fixed on these earth.

Life span of parrot is 140 years approximately and life span of crow is 15 years.             



So why there is such a big difference as we learn from above example that size of parrot and crow is same but there life span is different. so, it is clear that it couldn't depend upon SIZE.

So on which factor the life span of different organism is depend?

It all depends on conditions. organism live in favorable condition has big life span but organism live in unfavourable conditions has small life span.
